I just stumbled upon the Google.co.in page and saw this drop down menu for other search options.
I quickly checked it on other sites like Google.com ad other country specific sites but they were all looking as usual.

I just got a question from one of the reader saying that he can't see the option to switch the Google instant feature turn On or Off using Google preferences even though he is logged in to his Google account.
