Hi!

This question is not somewhat directly related to finances but still i have asked. Perhaps i get some hint.

If I am not filling my IT return then will it create any hindrance in getting next job in any way?

I mean next employer may ask for salary slip,Form16 etc.

If suppose my salary is not enough for employer to issue me FORM 16 and also I have not filled my IT return for previous year then will my next employer can object in this anyway?

Thanks...

Hi Guest,
Here are the answers to the best of my knowledge:
1. You should ask for a form 16 from your employer irrespective of the income level.
2. Your employer/company will issue a salary slip irrespective of the income level.
3. There is no issue in getting a new job if you don't have the form 16. But yes, salary slips are generally asked by companies to validate your current salary.

Let me know if you need more information.
