getting error in web.config when trying to install on godaddy

Then i opened the browserCaps.config file in the root folder and i observed one error near <browsercaps> (the error was "the browsercaps element is not declared)
please help me .........
I am hoping that you will Help me

The error means that your browsercaps.config file corrupt. You may like to download it again from NopCommerce.
Also, check if you can see a tag name <browserCaps> in the browsercaps.config file?

ya i have downloaded so many times but in every browserCaps.config there was a error near <browserCaps> tag the error was
"the browserCaps element is not declared"
