Most probably, your iProcess's admin user and password has expired or you have changed it. This is the user ID and password which you would have configured as an admin user of TIBCO iProcess.
You have to reset the password of this user for the services of your iProcess.
It should solve your logon failure problem.

Also, you can verify if you are able to log on to the database schema of iProcess.

Error 1069 is a Windows NT/2000 error. The error 1069 indicates that the service cannot be started (starting a service returns "logon failure" error). For example, when you start MSSQLServer service, you can get the following error:

An error 1069 - (The service did not start due to a logon failure)

The error 1069 occurs if the service was started from an account that does not have the "Log on a service" right. To work around this problem, you should grant to this account the "Log on a service" right.

I am not sure about the TIBCO platform..but i guess your TIBCO services are just passing the buck to you!!

Hi all..
i just resolved the error. It is actually a windows error message about the log on failure as pointed by the above user. Thanks a lot for your help.

I just went to 'control panel->administrative tools->services'. Right clicked on iProcess service and click on tab 'Log On'.
The 'Log on as' user name and password was what had expired. I just changed the password here to the one i had specified in the system (windows) to change the password of this user.

Just this and iProcess service started working like before.
Thanks again for the prompt answer and the help.

Go to control panel/services. Choose the mssqlserver service (or SQLExecutive/SQLAgent if they are failing)......and re-enter the logon user and password.
