hi..
I integrate YAF in the subfolder of my website and i merged the web configs as per your instructions. i am using windows authentication for my website and there are many user details existing in my database. I want to auto-login into the forum whenever user gets login to my website. How can i use yaf membership and Yaf profile provider for authentication or any other solution for this. Need help and i searched online for the past 2 months..

You don't need to make any special adjustment to auto-log-in the user in YAF forum.
Just an entry in the web.config is fine.
If you are using windows authentication, don not use the YAF's membership in web.config and the system should log-in the user to YAF too.
Let me know if you face any issue. or it would be great if you can share your web.config and i can guide you on what should be done.

My website has its seprate authentication,and i want to bypass the login of YAF.

Using your own membership is pretty easy. You don;t need to do anything for that. Just make sure that the membership tags in your web.config are not pointing to YAF membership and you are good to go. You can follow the detailed steps mentioned here for easy integration of YAF into your existing website with or without the membership.
