There are two (2) biometric letters involved in Canada visa process:
- Biometric Collection letter is sent by Canada CIC after you have submitted your visa application. This letter is available in CIC dashboard after 1-3 days of your application submission.
- The second is actual Biometric appointment letter sent by VFS global after you have scheduled an appointment.

Where is Biometric Appointment Letter?
Biometric Appointment letter is sent by VFS global by email. You should check your email and download it from there.
Sample Biometric Collection Letter by Canada CIC
Canada Biometric Collection letter is available in CIC website Dashboard. You are required to carry this letter to VFS office on your appointment day.
